园艺作物逆境生物学学科组成立于2021年。课题组目前以葡萄为主要研究对象,针对其产业中出现的病害、逆境等限制性环境因子,开展如下工作:资源的收集与评价;抗性资源挖掘;结合遗传学、分子生物学等手段揭示其抗性机理;鉴定可用于育种的标签和分子元件;利用基因编辑等手段改良葡萄的抗逆性等,为葡萄等园艺作物产业持续发展保驾护航。

简要履历
2008年毕业与武汉大学,同年加入武汉植物园,主要从事葡萄抗逆机理研究,主持及参与国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目、科技部重点研发项目、中国科学院自主部署项目等。已在国内外学术刊物上发表论文20余篇。
