猕猴桃群体基因组学学科组

本学科组主要以猕猴桃属植物为研究对象，开展猕猴桃属植物资源收集、评价和新种质创制、猕猴桃属植物群体基因组学等方面的研究，揭示猕猴桃属植物的演化历史和适应性进化机制，为猕猴桃属植物的保护和可持续开发利用提供科学支撑。

简要履历
分别于2000年和2003年在江西农业大学获学士和硕士学位，2006年在中国科学院武汉植物园获博士学位。2010年10月至2011年10月在美国University of Michigan做访问学者。2021年8月至今，任中国科学院武汉植物园猕猴桃群体基因组学科组长，中国园艺学会猕猴桃分会理事，湖北省植物学会理事，《植物科学学报》编委，《Frontiers in Genetics》编辑。主要从事猕猴桃群体遗传学以及基因组研究工作；研究兴趣聚焦在猕猴桃属的系统演化历史和适应性进化机制等方面；此外，还开展猕猴桃属植物资源收集、评价与新品种培育方面的工作。已在国内外学术期刊上发表30余篇学术论文，其中以第一作者或通讯作者在New Phytologist,Conservation Biology,Horticulture Research,Annals of Botany,BMC Plant Biology等杂志发表论文10余篇。
